ABC News recently ran a news story about a letter recently purchased by the Australian War Memorial from a French woman, Martha Gybert, who lived in Saint Sulpice, France to her mysterious Aussie. The Australian War Memorial has started to look for this woman in an effort to find out if she did indeed marry her Aussie and come to Australia as a war bride. You can find out more here |
